Process of Destroying

TM Enviro crushing and shredding process ensures any technology that is owned exclusively by an individual or company will be Destroyed.

Our electrolysis process extract gold and other precious metals from electronic scrap. We can also customise a disposal package to meet your unique needs.

Manual Dismantling

This involves physically taking apart electronic devices by hand, separating components like circuit boards, batteries, and wires.Allows for the recovery of reusable parts and the removal of hazardous materials before further processing.

Crushing

E-waste is shredded into small pieces, then machines like magnets, eddy current separators, and air classifiers are used to separate materials based on their properties (e.g., ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics, glass)

Compacting

Compacting significantly reduces the volume of scrap material like plastics, paper packaging and ferrous metals , freeing up valuable storage space and making transportation more efficient. Compacted materials are easier to handle, process, and recycle,

Process of Recovery

TM Enviro crushing and shredding process ensures any technology that is owned exclusively by an individual or company will be Destroyed.

Our electrolysis process extract gold and other precious metals from electronic scrap. We can also customise a disposal package to meet your unique needs.

Electrolysis

Refining technique used to produce high-purity Copper and precious metals like gold, silver, and platinum. It leverages the principles of electrochemistry to selectively extract and deposit these metals, resulting in exceptional purity levels.

Separator

TM Enviro separator facilities segregate dry materials according to weight or size, right down to particles as small. We use linear, circular, vibrating and gravity separators depending on the material to be processed.

E-waste separation and electrolysis is an advanced recycling process used to recover valuable metals from electronic waste. Physical separation techniques are first used to isolate different material streams, followed by electrolysis, where electrical current is applied to extract and purify metals such as copper, gold, silver, and other non-ferrous materials.

This process is suitable for high-value e-waste materials, including:

  • Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)

  • Cables and wiring

  • Electronic components and connectors

  • Industrial electronic scrap

Materials are pre-treated and sorted to ensure optimal recovery efficiency.

Electrolysis allows for precise metal recovery with reduced chemical usage and lower environmental impact compared to traditional extraction methods. By maximising material recovery and minimising landfill disposal, this process supports circular economy goals and reduces the need for virgin raw material mining.

TM Enviro Industries operates e-waste separation and electrolysis processes under strict environmental, health, and safety controls. All operations comply with applicable regulations, and process monitoring, waste handling, and documentation are maintained to ensure transparency, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
